Our Story - Aussie Chillout

Your hosts have been married for over 30 years and live on the Gold Coast QLD, Australia.

Hilary is from South Africa. She emigrated with her family to Australia when she was 10 years old. David loves wearing Hawaiian Shirts and dreams of traveling and working at the same time. For me it’s got to be a Working Holiday!

We’ve both worked in aged care and disability services and we put a lot of care in our short stay holiday rental businesses which we founded in 2004.

Like you, we LOVE to travel. We love to find great, new places to stay and interact with our hosts. We understand the innate curiosity of a traveller, but also that you want to feel safe and secure.
